Ingredients

  • 24 button mushrooms, (stems removed)
  • 1 cup raclette cheese (shredded)
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley (finely chopped)
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • Olive oil (for drizzling)
  • salt (to taste)
  • pepper (to taste)
  • 2. Garnish:
  • Fresh parsley (chopped)
  • Cracked black pepper
Instructions
  1. 1. Prepare Mushrooms:

    1- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

    2- Place the mushrooms on a baking sheet.

     
  2. 2. Cheese Filling:

    1- In a bowl, combine raclette cheese, breadcrumbs, chopped parsley, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.

    2- Mix until well combined.

     
  3. 3. Stuff the Mushrooms:

    Spoon the cheese mixture into each mushroom cap, pressing down gently.

    1- Drizzle olive oil over the stuffed mushrooms.
