Ingredients
    1. Pulled Pork:
  • 3 pounds pork shoulder (boneless)
  • 1 tablespoon smoked paprika
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon cumin

  • 1 cup BBQ sauce
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • salt (to taste)
  • pepper (to taste)
  • 2. Taco Assembly:
  • 12 mall flour tortillas (warmed)
  • 1 cup shredded purple cabbage
  • 1 cup pico de gallo
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup fresh cilantro (chopped)
  • Lime wedges (for garnish)
Instructions
  1. 1. Prepare Pulled Pork:

    1- In a small bowl, mix smoked paprika, brown sugar, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to create a dry rub.

    2- Rub the pork shoulder with the dry rub, ensuring it's well coated.

    3- Place the pork in a slow cooker and add BBQ sauce and chicken broth.

    4- Cook on low for 8 hours or until the pork is tender and easily shreds.
