Instructions

  1. Step 1: Prepare Cheesecake Base

    Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.

    1- In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.

    2- Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.

    3- Mix in sour cream and vanilla extract until creamy.

     
  3. Step 3: Create Galaxy Swirl

    1- Pour half of the cheesecake filling onto the crust.

    2- Drizzle melted dark chocolate on the filling and swirl with a toothpick.

    3- Pour the remaining cheesecake filling and repeat the swirling process.a

     
  4. Step 4: Bake and Chill

    1- Bake the cheesecake in a preheated oven at 325°F (163°C) for 1 hour.

    2- Turn off the oven and let the cheesecake cool inside for 1 hour.

    3- Chill the cheesecake in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight.
