  • 2 tablespoons za'atar spice blend
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/2 cup hummus (store-bought or homemade)
  • salt (to taste)
  • pepper (to taste)
  • Tahini Sauce
  • 1/4 cup tahini
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • garlic (1 clove, minced)
  • water (as needed for consistency)

  • pita bread or flatbreads
  • fresh tomatoes (diced)
  • cucumbers (sliced)

Instructions
    Prepare the Za'atar Infused Hummus Stuffed Falafel
  1. Blend Ingredients

    In a food processor, combine chickpeas, parsley, onion, garlic, flour, za'atar, cumin, salt, and pepper. Blend until a coarse mixture forms.
