Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons mirin
  • 2 tablespoons sake
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar

  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • For Salmon:
  • salmon (2 fillets)
  • salt (to taste)
  • pepper (to taste)
  • For Stir-Fried Vegetables:
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 cup bell peppers
  • 1 cup carrots (sliced)
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • For Garnish ans Serving:
  • sesame seeds
  • green onions (sliced)
  • steamed white rice
Instructions
  1. Step 1: Teriyaki Sauce

    1- In a small saucepan, combine soy sauce, mirin, sake, brown sugar, grated ginger, and sesame oil.

    2- Simmer over medium heat until the sauce thickens. Set aside.

     
  2. Step 2: Grilled Salmon

    1- Season salmon fillets with salt and pepper.

    2- Grill salmon until cooked to your liking, brushing with teriyaki sauce during the last few minutes.

     
  3. Step 3: Stir-Fried Vegetables

    1- In a pan, sauté broccoli, bell peppers, and carrots in vegetable oil until crisp-tender.

    2- Add teriyaki sauce and stir to coat the vegetables.

     
  4. Step 4: Assemble the Bowl

    1- Arrange steamed rice in bowls.

    2- Top with grilled teriyaki salmon and stir-fried vegetables.
