  • 2 cloves garlic (peeled)

  • 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil

  • 3. Roasted Vegetables:
  • Assorted vegetables (bell peppers, cherry tomatoes, zucchini)

Instructions
  1. 1. Marinate and Grill Salmon:

    1- In a bowl, coat salmon fillets with olive oil, salt, and pepper.

    2- Let the salmon marinate for at least 30 minutes.

    3- Grill salmon fillets skin-side down over medium-high heat until cooked through, about 5-7 minutes per side.

    4- Squeeze fresh lemon juice over the grilled salmon before serving.
