Ingredients
  • 1 pound chicken breasts (boneless, skinless, thinly sliced)
  • 2 cups mixed vegetables (bell peppers, broccoli, snap peas)
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon fish sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • garlic (4 cloves, minced)
  • 2 red chilies (sliced)
  • 1 cup Thai basil leaves
Instructions
  1. Step 1: Prepare Ingredients

    1- Thinly slice chicken breasts and chop mixed vegetables.

    2- In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, fish sauce, and sugar.

     
  2. Step 2: Stir-Fry

    1- Heat vegetable oil in a wok over high heat.

    2- Add minced garlic and sliced red chilies. Stir-fry for 30 seconds.

    3- Add sliced chicken and cook until browned.

    4- Add mixed vegetables and stir-fry until they are crisp-tender.

    5- Pour the sauce mixture over the chicken and vegetables. Stir to coat.

    6- Add Thai basil leaves and toss until wilted.
