Ingredients
    For the Chocolate Mousse:
  • 200 grams dark chocolate (finely chopped)
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch salt
  • For the Caramel Drizzle:
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1 pinch salt
  • For Garnish:
  • Chopped hazelnuts
Instructions
  1. Step 1: Prepare the Chocolate Mousse

    1- In a heatproof bowl, melt the dark chocolate over a double boiler. Let it cool slightly.

    2- Whip the heavy cream with sugar, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt until stiff peaks form.

    3- Gently fold the melted chocolate into the whipped cream until well combined. Spoon the chocolate mousse into serving glasses.

     
  2. Step 2: Make the Caramel Drizzle

    1- In a saucepan, melt granulated sugar over medium heat until it turns amber in color.

    2- Add butter and stir until melted. Slowly pour in the heavy cream while stirring continuously. Add a pinch of salt and let it cool.
