Ingredients
    1. Seafood Mix:
  • 1 pound large shrimp (peeled and deveined)
  • 1 pound firm white fish fillets (cut into chunks)
  • 1 pound mussels (cleaned and debearded)
  • 2. Aromatics:
  • 1 onion (finely chopped)
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 red bell pepper (sliced)
  • 1 yellow bell pepper (sliced)
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes (halved)
  • 3. Broth:
  • 1 cup white wine
  • 1 can crushed tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup fish stock or clam juice
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • salt (to tast)
  • pepper (to taste)
  • 4. Garnish:
  • Fresh parsley (chopped)
  • Lemon wedges
Instructions
  1. 1. Sauté Aromatics:

    In a cataplana pot or large skillet, sauté onions, garlic, and bell peppers in olive oil until softened.

     
  2. 2. Add Seafood:

    Add shrimp, fish, and mussels to the pot. Stir gently to combine.

     
  3. 3. Pour Broth:

    Pour in white wine, crushed tomatoes, fish stock, paprika, oregano, salt, and pepper. Mix well.

     
  4. 4. Simmer:

    Cover the pot and simmer for 20-25 minutes or until seafood is cooked through and mussels have opened.

     
  5. 5. Garnish and Serve:

    Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot with lemon wedges.
