1- In a pan, sauté chopped onions and garlic in olive oil until translucent. Add chorizo and cook until browned.
2- Add prawns, paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper. Cook until prawns are pink and opaque. Set aside.
1- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
2- Roll out the empanada pastry and cut into circles.
3- Spoon the prawn and chorizo filling onto each pastry circle, fold, and crimp the edges.
