Instructions

    3- Grill the chicken breasts for 6-7 minutes per side or until fully cooked. Set aside.

    2- Add the quinoa, reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 15 minutes or until the quinoa is cooked.

    2- Add the bell pepper, zucchini, and cherry tomatoes.

    3- Roast until the vegetables are tender.
