Ingredients
  • 4 ounces orange juice
  • 2 ounces lemon juice
  • 2 ounces mint tea (chilled)
  • 1 ounce honey syrup (1:1 ratio of honey to water, dissolved)
  • 2 ounces vodka or citrus-infused gin
  • Ice cubes
  • fresh mint sprigs (for garnish)
  • orange peel twists (for garnish)
Instructions
    Prepare the Moroccan Mint Tea
  1. Steep a strong batch of Moroccan mint tea and let it chill.

     
  2. Prepare the Honey Syrup
  3. Dissolve equal parts honey and water to create a honey syrup.

     
  4. Assemble the Cocktail
  5. In a cocktail shaker, combine Moroccan orange juice, Moroccan lemon juice, chilled Moroccan mint tea, honey syrup, and Moroccan vodka or citrus-infused gin.

     
  6. Add ice cubes to the shaker.

     
  7. Shake and Strain
  8. Shake the ingredients vigorously for about 15-20 seconds to chill the mixture.

     
  9. Strain the cocktail into Moroccan-inspired glasses.
