Ingredients
    For the Dough:
  • 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup unsalted butter (cold and cubed)
  • 1 cup milk (cold)
  • 2 1/4 teaspoons active dry yeast
  • For the Filling:
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter (melted)
  • For Toppings:
  • braille-labeled toppings (chocolate chips, nuts, etc.)
  • textured spreads (jam, honey, etc.)
Instructions
  1. Step 1: Prepare the Dough

1- In a bowl, combine flour, sugar, and salt. Add cold, cubed butter, and mix until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.

2- Warm the milk slightly, then sprinkle yeast over it. Let it sit for 5 minutes until foamy.

3- Pour the yeast mixture into the flour mixture and knead until a dough forms. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

  2. Step 2: Roll and Fill

    1- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

2- On a floured surface, roll out the dough into a rectangle.

3- Mix brown sugar and cinnamon for the filling. Brush melted butter over the dough and sprinkle the sugar-cinnamon mixture.

4- Roll the dough into a log and cut into rolls.

  3. Step 3: Bake and Decorate

1- Place rolls in a greased baking dish and bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown.

2- Let them cool slightly, then add braille-labeled toppings and textured spreads.
