Ingredients
    Spice Rim
  • 1 teaspoon Himalayan pink salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
  • Elixir
  • 2 ounces Himalayan spice-infused rum
  • 1 ounce honey syrup (equal parts honey and hot water, stirred until dissolved)
  • 1/2 ounce ginger liqueur
  • 1/2 ounce lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
  • ice cubes
  • Garnish
  • orange peel twists
  • fresh thyme sprigs
Instructions
  1. Prepare the Spice Rim:

    1- In a small dish, combine Himalayan pink salt, ground cinnamon, and ground ginger.

    2- Wet the rim of each glass and dip it into the spice mixture to coat.

     
  2. Infuse the Rum:

    In a container, combine 2 ounces of rum with Himalayan spices (cinnamon, cardamom, cloves). Let it infuse for at least 10 minutes.

     
  3. Mix the Elixir:

    1- In a cocktail shaker, combine the spice-infused rum, honey syrup, ginger liqueur, and freshly squeezed lemon juice.

    2- Add ice cubes and shake well.

     
  4. Strain into Glasses:

    Strain the Elixir into the prepared glasses with the spice-rimmed edges.

     
  5. Garnish:

    Garnish each glass with a twist of orange peel and a sprig of fresh thyme.

     
  6. Serve and Savor:

    Serve the Himalayan Spice Elixir immediately, allowing the flavors to unfold and transport you to the mystical Himalayan peaks.
