Ingredients
    For the Choux Pastry:
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 4 eggs (large)
  • 1 pinch salt
  • For the Filling:
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 dash of compassion (optional)
  • For the Raspberry Glaze:
  • 1 cup raspberries
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Instructions
  1. Step 1: Prepare the Choux Pastry

    1- Remove from heat and let it cool slightly. Beat in eggs, one at a time, until the dough is glossy.

    2- Transfer the dough to a piping bag and pipe onto a baking sheet in eclair shapes.

    3- Bake until golden brown and puffed. Allow to cool.

    1- Whip the heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form.
