Ingredients
    1. Scrambled Eggs:
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • salt (to taste)
  • pepper (to taste)
  • 2. Avocado Smash:
  • avocados (2 ripes)
  • lemon juice (to taste)
  • salt (to taste)
  • pepper (to taste)
  • 3. Tomato Salsa:
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes (halved)
  • 1/4 cup red onion (finely chopped)
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro (chopped)
  • salt (to taste)
  • pepper (to taste)
  • 4. Bowl Base:
  • 2 cups cooked quinoa or brown rice
Instructions
  1. 1. Scrambled Eggs:

    1- In a bowl, whisk eggs with turmeric, salt, and pepper.

    2- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.

    3- Pour in the egg mixture and scramble until cooked. Set aside.

     
  2. 2. Avocado Smash:

    In a separate bowl, mash avocados with lemon juice, salt, and pepper.

     
  3. 3. Tomato Salsa:

    Combine cherry tomatoes, red onion, cilantro, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Mix well.

    1- Divide the cooked quinoa or brown rice into two bowls.
