Ingredients
  • 1 cup dark chocolate (melted)
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce
  • 1/2 cup honey-roasted almonds (chopped)
Instructions
  1. Chocolate Mousse:

    1- Melt dark chocolate and let it cool to room temperature.

    2- In a bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.

    3- Gently fold the melted chocolate into the whipped cream.

    4- Add sugar and vanilla extract, continue folding until well combined.

     
  2. Caramel Drizzle:

    Heat caramel sauce in a small pan until warm.

    1- In parfait glasses, layer chocolate mousse, a drizzle of caramel, and a sprinkle of honey-roasted almonds.

    2- Repeat the layers until the glasses are filled.
