Ingredients
    1. Ramen Broth:
  • 1 pound pork bones
  • 1 pound chicken wings
  • 1 onion (halved)
  • 4 cloves garlic (smashed)
  • 1 ginger (sliced)
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon miso paste
  • 2. Ramen Toppings:
  • Cooked ramen noodles
  • Narutomaki (fish cake, thinly sliced)
  • Soft-boiled eggs
  • Tempura shrimp or vegetables
  • Green onions (chopped)
  • Nori (shredded)
Instructions
  1. 1. Prepare Ramen Broth:

    In a large pot, combine pork bones, chicken wings, onion, garlic, and ginger. Add enough water to cover the ingredients. Bring to a boil and simmer for 1 hour. Strain the broth and return it to the pot. Add soy sauce and miso paste. Simmer for an additional 15 minutes.
